5. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or other applicable fees unless stated otherwise.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and select digital wallets. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

5.3 Order Confirmation

Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines vary based on product availability and customization options:

• Ready-to-ship items: 7-14 business days
• Made-to-order items: 4-8 weeks
• Custom designs: 8-12 weeks (timeline confirmed after design approval)

6.1 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to most locations in India. Some remote areas may have additional shipping charges or longer delivery times.

6.2 Delivery Process

Our delivery team will contact you to schedule delivery. Someone must be present to accept delivery and inspect items for visible damage. Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt.

6.3 White Glove Delivery

For large items, we offer optional white glove delivery service which includes room placement and basic assembly. Additional fees apply.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your Ease & Elegance purchase. If you're not satisfied, please review our return policy:

7.1 Standard Returns

Non-customized, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7.2 Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Customized furniture and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged. Please review all custom design details carefully before approval.

7.3 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

7.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Warranty

Our products come with the following warranties:

8.1 Structural Warranty

All furniture carries a 1-year warranty against structural defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

8.2 Upholstery Warranty

Upholstered items have a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects in fabrics and cushioning.

8.3 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care
• Normal wear and tear
• Changes in color or texture from sunlight exposure
• Modifications made after delivery

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order details and photos of the issue.

9. Interior Design Services

Our interior design services are governed by additional terms outlined in your design contract. Key points include:

• Design fees are non-refundable after the initial concept presentation
• Client is responsible for providing accurate room measurements and requirements
• We reserve the right to photograph completed projects for our portfolio
• Product lead times may affect overall project timelines

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our marketing materials, including designs, text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission. Our furniture designs are protected and may not be copied or reproduced.

11. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on our or others' intellectual property rights
• Use our Services for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
• Transmit any viruses or harmful code
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ease & Elegance Interiors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use our Services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar that may be transmitted through our Services
• Any errors or omissions in any content

Our total liability for any claims related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
